Piccolos Pizzeria

Hello fellow foodies. Do you like or maybe even love spicy food? Are you asking yourself where is the best pizza place in NI? I hope so, because today’s blog is going to introduce to a flavoursome spicy pizza which I would say is the best in NI. 

Today’s blog is in Bangor, County Down. One of my favourite places for a day out. There is beautiful views of the sea, Pickie Park to have fun on the swans and my favourite pizza shop, Piccolos Pizza Bangor, because at the end of every good day out is an even greater takeaway😁.

Piccolos serves authentic Italian- style food,  they have 80 menu items and have been serving the Bangor area for 30 years. Each time I have visited their food has been fresh, tasty and their service has been top class. After reading their reviews I have quickly realised they are a much loved pizza shop across Northern Ireland with people admittedly travelling miles to buy their food. 

My go to order is a Volcano pizza🌋🍕 , one of their menu favourites. The Volcano has a hot chilli sauce base topped with cheese, pepperoni, onion and garlic, is your mouth not watering just writing this?🤤  The Volcano pairs great with their garlic mayo dip to cool it down slightly or their kebab sauce dip to add a slightly extra bit of spice depending on your preference, personally I get both😉. They also do great chips and delicious onion rings if you want something extra, I recommend their onion rings with red sauce, salt and vinegar😍.
